Your order is not accepted until AXC Equine Studio confirms acceptance. We must receive and process your payment before your order can be accepted. Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as AXC Equine Studio may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once the order has been accepted. If we do not accept, modify, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was made.
The return or exchange of your purchases is subject exclusively to the provisions of our Returns Policy [LINK].

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping and delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We assume no responsibility for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or events beyond our control. Once we hand over the goods to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

AXC Equine Studio is powered by Shopify, which allows us to provide the Services to you. However, all sales and purchases you make in our store are directly with AXC Equine Studio. By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and AXC Equine Studio, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from the purchase of products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or in connection with your purchases and transactions with AXC Equine Studio.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless AXC Equine Studio, Shopify and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of (1) your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, (2) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of a third party, or (3) your access to and use of the Services.
We will provide you with prompt notice of any such indemnifiable claim; provided that your delay in providing us with such prompt notice will not relieve you of your obligations hereunder unless we are materially prejudiced thereby.
