Requirements
For hygienic reasons, worn socks are excluded from returns.
Please only return your items if they are:
- unworn
- in their original condition
- returned in their original packaging

After your request, you will receive a DHL return label from us.

Refund
Once your return has been received and checked, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
